Terms & Conditions – Website Development Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our website development services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Included
We provide professional website development services, which may include:
- Website UI/UX Design
- Website Development (Static, Dynamic, or CMS-based)
- Mobile & Tablet Responsive Design
- Basic Website Speed Optimization
- Basic Security Configuration
Services Not Included (Unless Specifically Mentioned in Writing):
- Domain registration
- Web hosting services
- Paid themes, plugins, or third-party tools
- Content writing, images, or videos
- Ongoing website maintenance or updates
3. Project Scope & Approval
- The project scope is finalized only after written approval from the client.
- Any work requested outside the approved scope will be considered a change request and may require additional charges and a revised timeline.
- Verbal discussions or informal messages will not be considered part of the scope unless documented.
4. Project Timeline
- The standard project completion timeline ranges between 15 to 30 working days, depending on project complexity.
- All timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or approval delays from the client’s side will automatically extend the project timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide complete and accurate content, images, and branding assets within 5–7 working days of project initiation.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within 48–72 hours.
- Ensure that all provided materials are legally owned or licensed.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays.
6. Payment Terms
- 40% advance payment is required before the project begins.
- The remaining 60% payment must be cleared before final website delivery or deployment.
- Payments delayed beyond 7 days may result in temporary project suspension.
- All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once the project work has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
- If the client cancels the project mid-way, no refund will be applicable for the work completed or in progress.
8. Revisions & Change Requests
- The project includes up to 2 free revisions related to design or layout.
- Any additional revisions or major changes will be chargeable.
- Requests for new features, functionalities, or design changes after approval will require a new quotation.
9. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Website ownership will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
- We retain ownership of reusable code, frameworks, and development processes.
- We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Plugins, themes, APIs, or software tools
- Server downtime or security breaches
All third-party costs and risks are the client’s responsibility.
11. Maintenance & Support
- Free post-delivery bug support is provided for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Content updates, feature additions, or design changes are not included in free support.
- Ongoing maintenance or support services require a separate agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for:
- Data loss or corruption
- Website downtime or performance issues
- Business, revenue, or profit loss
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.
13. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are delayed or not received
- The client violates these Terms & Conditions
- The project involves illegal or unethical activities
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
14. Confidentiality
All client information, project data, and shared materials will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, server failures, or government restrictions.
